DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION/REFUND

Deposit required to comfirm a booking – 20% of the total cost. This is non returnable.

Balance due – 6 weeks before arrival date.

In the event of cancellation before the balance falls due, only the deposit will be forfeit.

Cancellation after balance falls due, whether the balance has been paid or not:

• if we are able to re-let the cottage then we will return any monies paid less the non returnable deposit.
  
• if we cannot re-let the cottage then the whole balance will be payable, whether or not it has been received by us at the time of cancellation.

PETS

We allow a maximum of 2 pets by prior arrangement. We ask that our guests do not allow their pets in the bedrooms or on the furniture, and that pets are not left alone in the properties at any time.
