Midtown Dairy at Midtown Farm, Dufton

Midtown Dairy is the last of the three buildings at Midtown farm to be completed. It accepted its first guests in May 2008. This is a substantial and spacious home that will comfortably accommodate 10 people.

The rooms are spread over 3 floors. The ground floor and attic are where the bedrooms are located, whilst the first floor is for the lounge, kitchen and dinning room. This layout makes the most of the magnificent views from the kitchen and lounge towards Dufton Pike.

The large, comfortable kitchen is finished to a very high standard and comes and is equipped to an equally high specification. There is plenty of room to eat in the kitchen, but you also have the formality of a separate dinning room.

There are 5 bedrooms over the 2 floors, 4 of which are doubles and one is a twin. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities and there are a further 2 bathrooms, so no long queues in the morning! All of the rooms are beautifully finished with luxurious fittings throughout including large corner baths.

Midtown Dairy is an ideal base for a large family or a group of friends. It is walker friendly, which is perfect with such a wealth of countryside on the doorstep.
